Oolong teas is a semi fermented tea somewhere between green and black. This
special tea is picked in the world heritage site of Wuyi Mountains from gardens situated between 500-1200 meters. The leaves are withered in air conditioned rooms then steamed over fire then dried. Only the highest quality leaves are then used. In the end you get this tea with an amazing flavour profile of light orchids with hints of caramel and vanilla and a naturally occurring sweet taste.
