Ingredients: Oolong tea

Origin: China, Fujian Province

Caffeine Content: Low

Tasting Notes: Light floral with mild fullness reminiscent of Pondicherry red pepper. Tend full-bodied with an astringent finish.

Hot Brewing Method: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Briefly infuse with freshly boiled water and then pour off. Re-infuse the tea and pour after about 1 minute or longer to taste.
More information:
Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea somewhere between green and black.
This special premium tea is picked in the world heritage site of Wuyi Mountains from gardens situated between 500-1200 meters.
Three leaves and a bud are picked in the morning, then withered and dried over a charcoal fire at just the perfect fermentation level.
The result is a tea with wonderful floral aromatics and a smooth and silky taste with a slight natural sweetness.
